We use service providers that process information on our behalf, only for the purposes above:

- Calendly: call scheduling, only if you use the calendar.
We may also disclose information when the law or a court order requires it.

Some of these providers store data in the United States or other countries outside your own. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or Canadian privacy law applies, these transfers rely on the safeguards the providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Audit requests that do not become projects: for as long as we need to answer and follow up on the request.
- Client records: for the length of the contract and as long as tax and business record laws require.
- Analytics data: for the retention period set in Umami, Google Analytics and Clarity.
After that, the information is deleted or anonymized.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA and provincial laws, and US state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights over your personal information. These typically include the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw consent, for example to analytics cookies, at any time;

If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your data protection authority, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your EU supervisory authority.
